Hannah Kraft serves as the Visitation Center Coordinator for Kids Konnection, Safe Harbor’s supervised visitation program in Aberdeen. Since joining Safe Harbor in 2020 after first serving as an intern and working in many roles, Hannah has been committed to supporting children and families impacted by domestic violence through safe visitation services, victim advocacy, and trauma informed care. She also serves on the Aberdeen Area Child Protection Team, collaborating with community partners to promote the safety and wellbeing of children and families. Hannah graduated from Northern State University in the spring of 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice. She is passionate about empowering survivors, advocating for children and families, and advancing trauma informed practices that strengthen community responses to family violence.
