Sarah Collins is a Partner in the Rapid City, South Dakota office of GRSM. Sarah leads the White Collar Defense group and also focuses her practice on intellectual property and California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA) cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Sarah served served as a state prosecutor in Colorado as well as an Assistant U.S. Attorney where she acted as lead counsel in more than 200 trials before state and federal courts in a variety of case types including violent crimes in Indian country, child internet exploitation, firearms offenses, and white-collar crimes. She has experience in the application of the Federal Rules of Evidence and Criminal Procedure, particularly in Fourth Amendment jurisprudence.
